Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vision2profits.com and the services provided by Vision2Profits, a DBA of Trinity Financial LLC ("Vision2Profits," "we," "us"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Vision2Profits provides done-for-you websites and AI-powered business tools, including AI chat agents, AI voice and text agents, lead capture, follow-up automation, and appointment booking, as described in the plan you select.

Plans, Billing & Cancellation

  • Website + AI Chat Receptionist (Starter): one-time setup fee of $1,500, plus a subscription of $297 per month or $2,970 per year (twelve months of service for the price of ten).
  • AI Lead Conversion System (Growth): one-time setup fee of $2,500, plus a subscription of $497 per month or $4,970 per year (twelve months of service for the price of ten).
  • The annual discount applies to the subscription fee only. Communication and AI usage charges, such as phone numbers, calls, text messages, AI conversation usage and carrier or registration fees, are billed separately based on actual usage. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Monthly plans may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans cover 12 months of service and are non-refundable once service has begun, except where required by law.
  • Third-party usage costs (for example, carrier or telephony fees) may apply where noted in advance.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, to use our services lawfully, and to comply with applicable laws for contacting your own customers, including obtaining any required consent for calls and text messages.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program: Vision2Profits customer care, appointment, and marketing messages. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Vision2Profits at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

AI Limitations

AI agents are designed to assist your business but may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. You are responsible for reviewing the information your AI agent provides to your customers. We continuously work to improve accuracy.

Intellectual Property

You own your business content. We retain ownership of our templates, systems, and know-how. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website and materials we create for you while your subscription is active.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision2Profits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed leads. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Communication and AI Usage Fees

  1. Subscription fee. Your monthly or annual subscription covers your website, AI receptionist setup, and the ongoing platform services included in your selected plan. It does not include communication or AI usage charges.
  2. Usage-based charges. You are responsible for charges from the communication and AI resources your business uses. These may include business phone number rental, inbound and outbound calls, SMS and MMS messages, AI conversation and receptionist usage, and carrier, registration and other applicable fees.
  3. Notice before activation. We will tell you about applicable charges and billing arrangements before we activate any service that carries additional fees.
  4. How usage is billed. Usage charges are billed separately from your subscription. We will give you a way to see the usage behind each charge and how it is calculated. Rates may change, and we will tell you about changes in advance where we can.
  5. No unlimited usage. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, no plan includes unlimited calls, messages or AI usage.
  6. Payment and failed payments. Usage charges are due when billed or funded under your billing arrangement. If a payment fails or your usage balance runs out, we may pause or suspend usage-based services, such as calling, texting and AI responses, until the balance is paid. Your website may stay online during that time.
  7. Spending limits. We may set a spending limit on your account, and we may pause usage-based services when you reach it. You may ask us to raise or lower the limit.
  8. Annual plan. If you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service, the offer applies to the subscription fee only. Usage charges remain payable throughout the service period.
  9. Third-party fees. Carrier, registration and regulatory fees are set by third parties and passed through as they apply.
